The Enigma Project area has been expanded to include a new deposit approx. 15 -16 miles to the Northeast of Enigma claim group and exact location described in the letters below. Relative to platinum group metals this thus far has established a trend line of approx. 23 miles

At a time when county budgets are being strained because of decreased oil revenues and the surrounding communities are finding it hard to survive on resort alone. You would think that their would be interest in new discoveries in the area.Instead of living off just the old mining stories maybe a new one would be in order.Maybe a more balanced economy that included mining would be a better approach. Review the letters below and or visit our website http://www.criticalandstrategicmineralsexploration.com/New-Deposit.html Then if you agree help in convincing the senate to include exempting a small portion of the hermosa creek management area as suggested below.

To whom It may concern,

I'am on a marathon to try and have changes made to HR 1839 and S841 which have been attached to the defense bill.
The letter attached explains the situation . I have contacted my two senators and senator elect. And rep tipton and the Governor. Now i'am sending it out to news outlets . I think that it is important for the" people " to have all the information. I have no special political contacts so I use whatever may get the message across .For other information go to my website http://www.criticalandstrategicmineralsexploration.com/New-Deposit.html

Sincerely Yours

Date: Sat, 6 Dec 2014 20:27:39 +0000

Dear Leslie.Haymon

Parcel B is adjacent to our claims that have probable Porphyry Deposit which contains PGMs (Platinum group metals). We have two claims CMC 286484 & CMC 286746 both in T 39 N 9W section 8 . Both claims are within the northern border of the proposed management area and adjacent to relay creek road which intersects with and crosses CMC 286484. We have planned to stake more claims as exploration advances. These claims cover an ultra basic intrusion that contains PGMs and silver disseminated in the similar manner as the claim group adjacent to parcel B. Adjacent to the intrusion in the conglomerate formation we have blocked out an area that has extensive mineralization which includes copper 34.9 % silver 22 oz./ton and pgms of a high grade nature and also RARE EARTHS that are of levels that could possibly be produced as a by product. Some of the assays are on my website and the rare earths can be compared to GBM resources Link also on my website. http://www.criticalandstrategicmineralsexploration.com/New-Deposit.html I did the assay that indicates High levels of Rhodium and assays by ALS Labs are in process to confirm my findings.

In view of the fact that Rare Earths and Platinum metals are of a critical and strategic of the highest order to the U.S. http://www.criticalandstrategicmineralsexploration.com/critical-minerals.html and the potential benefit to the surrounding communities and the state.I would ask that the possibility of adjusting the map border to exclude sections 8 ,9 and 10 which are on the northern border or the portions of those sections that have potential on the basis of our exploration to date.

I will be forwarding or faxing a copy of this to various parties in hopes that my suggestions be considered and included in the Senate amendment. We plan to put in for a drilling permit and plan of operations on the two existing claims in 2015.

Dear Mr. McWilliams,

I have done some additional research regarding the areas in which mining will be permitted under the proposed Hermosa Creek Special Management Areas. I have attached the legislative map as well as the most current language of the legislation, which is awaiting action in the Senate. According to section 3(e)(2), mining will be permitted in the areas marked parcel A and parcel B on the legislative map. If you have any additional questions please do not hesitate to contact our office or the offices of Senators Bennet and Udall.
The Enigma Project Has expanded.New Deposit is approx. 15 miles from E.P. claim group . Ultrabasic Intrusion thus far is approx 300 ft wide X 1500 ft length with approx 400 ft. elevation exposed. My assays indicate PGMs Ag lite on Au.Same to similar Iron alloy configuration as E.P. . ALS assays are below for new deposit .Rare Earths would be a possibility as byproduct like GBM (Australia) compare grade levels Pg #9 with our Rare earth assays enig. ext. 3
